PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: The Canyon Bakehouse® “Toast Your Baker” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on December 31st, 2022, and closes at 11:59:00 pm Pacific Time (PT) on December 31, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device of the Sweepstakes. The “Sponsor” of the Sweepstakes is Flowers Bakeries, LLC, 1919 Flowers Circle, Thomasville, Georgia 31792. The “Administrator” of the Sweepstakes is Kinship Creative, 630 S Bertelsen Rd, Eugene, OR 97402.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in any of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors or agents of Sponsor, Administrators, their respective affiliates, parent companies and subsidiaries, and each of their respective divisions, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions outside of the 50 United States, Canada and where restricted or prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the following web page and complete the required steps in order to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, for a total of one (1) entry per the Sweepstakes Period.

- Fill out your name, mailing address, and email address in the form on the page
- Choose whether you’d like to opt in to the Canyon Bakehouse newsletter
- Click “submit”
If a participant enters using a mobile device, message and data rates may apply. Participants should consult their wireless providers’ pricing plans.
ENTRY PERIODS: The Sweepstakes consists of twelve (12) monthly entry periods (each, a “Monthly Promotion Period”), each beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on the first day of each calendar month in 2023 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the last day of each calendar month in 2023.
PRIZES: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all entries received during each Monthly Promotion Period, for a total of twelve (12) winners, to receive fifty-four (54) free product coupons valued at approximately $432.00 (the “Prize”) valid at all Canyon Bakehouse retailers:
Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes: $4,320.00
The prizes will be shipped to confirmed winners via UPS or a comparable carrier within 10 business days of the confirmation of a winner. The prize is non-transferable. Prizes cannot be sold, transferred or bartered in whole or in part. No prize substitution or exchange will be allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its option. The winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes on the prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes if applicable. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason. Prizes will only be awarded to a winner whose eligibility is verified. Sponsor makes no representation to winner as to the fitness or suitability of the prize for any purpose, and Sponsor hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize.
SELECTION OF WINNER; ODDS: Once the Monthly Promotion Period is complete, and within 5 days after the end of each Monthly Promotion Period, the winner(s) will be chosen via random.org at the sole discretion of Sponsor from among all eligible entries received. The winner(s) will be selected and notified through email and will be asked to respond with contact information (including full name, street address and phone number). Each potential winner will have approximately 48 hours to respond to the attempt to notify them. All responses must conform to these Official Rules to be eligible. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible responses received during the Monthly Promotion Period. In order for an online entry to be valid, participant must have a valid email address. If the registration process is aborted before it is complete, participants are not eligible to win. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries and/or submit entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods will void that participant’s participation and that participant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If (A) Sponsor is blocked from contacting the potential winner due to any privacy settings; (B) the potential winner is found to be ineligible; (C) the potential winner cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules; or (D) is prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize and Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws apply. Any attempted form of participation in the Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. Entries received from any participant in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. If it is discovered that a participant attempts to receive additional entries in excess of the stated limitation, including, without limitation, if a participant is found to use multiple email addresses to enter this Sweepstakes, that participant may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the “authorized account holder” (determined at time of entry) of the account used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the email address through the email platform. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party, or like methods to participate in the Sweepstakes may void any attempted participation effected by such methods and may result in the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify from the Sweepstakes any participant it believes has violated these Official Rules. Sponsor may prohibit a participant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the prize if, in its sole discretion, Sponsor determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants, Sponsor, or any of the Sweepstakes Entities. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select a winner from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date.
CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. In the event of any conflict with any details contained in these Official Rules and any details contained in any promotional materials of the Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to, point-of-sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, participants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and shall have no liability for (1) entries that contain incomplete or inaccurate information or do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules; (2) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged, garbled, misdirected, or otherwise not received by Sponsor or its agents for any reason; (3) any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of this Sweepstakes, the administration or execution of this Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of a prize winner; or (4) any problems or technical malfunctions, or causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes and all decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects. Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, participants and winners agree to and hereby waive, release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against (A) any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever with respect to or in any way arising from the Sweepstakes and/or use of the prize, including, without limitation, property damage, liability for personal injury (including emotional distress), and/or death caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes, and (B) for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual Sponsor finds to be (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that this Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or if this Sweepstakes is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes, and to award the prize by random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to the date of cancellation or suspension.
DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. If any part of these Official Rules is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of the Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Except where prohibited, participants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, and exclusively by a federal or state court located in Georgia, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees, and (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.
PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, each participant agrees to allow Sponsor and its designees the perpetual worldwide right to use and/or publish participant’s name, biographical information, photos and/or other likeness, entry comments, and statements, in whole or in part, for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, without additional compensation or notice to participant, or review or approval by winner, except where prohibited by law.
PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information collected during a participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor, and its affiliates, designees, agents and marketers for the purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as stated at https://canyonglutenfree.com/bread/policies.

For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped business envelope to: Winners List, Canyon Bakehouse – Toast Your Baker Giveaway, 3600 Ronald Reagan Blvd, Johnstown, CO 80534. Winners list requests must be received no later than December 31, 2023.
