Online Returns Policy

Online sales are made and fulfilled by CPG.IO, and the Canyon Bakehouse store is hosted on Shopify.  We ship orders every Monday through Friday using standard shipping services. Expedited shipping options can be selected when available. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track it.

CPG.IO reserves the right to change its policies without prior notice.

Please review the checkout page before you submit your order for the shipping methods available for your items. We will arrange for shipment of the products to you in accordance with the applicable method selected. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

 

Pricing/Taxes

All prices on the site are subject to change and exclude applicable tax and shipping, except where otherwise indicated.  We reserve the right to change pricing at any time or correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Availability

We use reasonable efforts to fulfill orders but cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product, and sometimes a product may not be available.  In that case, we may cancel your order or contact you for follow-up.  We reserve the right to change the description of any product or to discontinue selling any product at any time without notice.

Special Offers

From time to time, we may offer special promotions for some or all of our products, including discounts, or free shipping.  These offers may be for a limited time only and we reserve the right to change or discontinue such offers at any time.

Acceptance of Orders 

All orders are subject to our acceptance.  This means we may reasonably refuse to accept or may cancel or limit any order, or order quantity for any or no reason, at any time before it has shipped the goods.  Your receipt of an order confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order, nor is it a confirmation of our offer to sell.  We are simply confirming we received the order.  If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the charged amount.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.  You may see either CPG.IO or Singles to Go referenced on your card statement.  Forms of payment that we accept are described during the checkout process.  Shipment of any order is subject to verification of payment information and availability of funds.  There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information may have been entered incorrectly, the card may have expired, reached its limit, or occurred with the credit card processing system. Please double-check your information. If you continue to have problems, please contact Customer Service via email at support@canyonglutenfree.zendesk.com or by Phone at (888) 900-5120. Please provide them with any error messages you may have received.

Not for Resale

Products sold are for end-user customers only and not for resale.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

Canceling Orders
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at support@canyonglutenfree.zendesk.com or by Phone at (888) 900-5120 as soon as possible. Due to our desire to promptly ship out customer orders, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled. However, we will attempt to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.

If your order has already shipped and we are able to process a return to sender, we will charge a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, FPO, or APO locations.

Address Changes

If you need to change a shipping address for an order you have placed, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, your order may be eligible for a one-time courtesy address change. Please note, all returned orders are subject to a restocking fee if items are returned due to a bad address, or delivery is refused.

 

Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase!

We hope you were satisfied, however, if you would like to return your purchase, you may do so for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return Requirements

All returns must be postmarked within thirty-five (35) days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in new and unopened condition, in original packaging, with all original labels attached.  We cannot accept returns of used or opened products.

Return Process

Please contact our customer care team if you wish to initiate a return, and we will provide you with a return authorization.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We suggest you use a trackable method such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and to provide the shipment tracking information to us once available.

Defective/Damaged Product

If a received item is defective or damaged, please contact us directly to arrange a refund or replacement: support@canyonglutenfree.zendesk.com . Please note, images may be required for all claims of defect and damage.

Refunds

After receiving your return and confirming the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow approximately seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear to the original form of payment, depending on your financial institution. You will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
