4 Bites PB&J Sandwich

This sandwich lets you have creamy peanut butter and crunchy too, with both apricot and raspberry jam. It’s four sandwiches in one!

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Whole Grain Bread
  • 1 Tbsp. Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Apricot Jam
  • 1 Tbsp. Raspberry Jam

Directions

  1. Spread one slice of bread with crunchy peanut butter on the left half and creamy peanut butter on the right.
  2. Spread the other slice of bread with apricot on the top half and raspberry jam on the bottom.
  3. Place the faces of each slice of bread together.
  4. Cut into quarters for 4 different mini sandwiches.
