Smoked Turkey & Avocado Club Sandwich

Layer smoked turkey, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and fresh heirloom tomatoes on soft gluten-free sourdough-style bread for the ultimate bite. This club sandwich is taken to the next level with green sprouts and a rich garlic aioli spread.

Ingredients

For the Sandwich
  • 1 Loaf, Canyon Bakehouse Sourdough-Style bread
  • 12 oz Smoked turkey slices
  • 8 Slices of crispy bacon
  • 2 Heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 Avocados, sliced
  • 1 C. Green sprouts

For the Garlic Aioli
  • 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Clove garlic, finely minced or grated
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Black pepper

Directions

To Make the Garlic Aioli:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.

To Assemble the Sandwich:

  • Lay out the sourdough bread slices. Spread a generous layer of garlic aioli on one side of each slice.
  • On half of the bread slices, layer smoked turkey, crispy bacon, heirloom tomato slices, avocado slices, and green sprouts.
  • Top with the remaining bread slices, aioli side down, to form the sandwiches.
  • Press the sandwiches gently to ensure even layers. Cut in half or into quarters if desired.
  • Serve fresh and enjoy!
