TOASTED ENGLISH MUFFIN WITH BLACKBERRIES AND BRIE
1 Canyon Bakehouse Honey Whole Grain English Muffin, halved
¼ C. Blackberries
2 oz. Brie
Fresh Thyme and Chopped Walnuts, for garnish
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the English muffin halves on top.
- Assemble the muffins with blackberries and brie.
- Place the assembled muffins under a broiler for about 2 minutes, until the cheese is warm and gooey, and the blackberries are plump.
