Toasted Cheese with Mozzarella and Peaches

Ingredients

1 Canyon Bakehouse Plain Bagel

4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella, sliced

1 Fresh Peach, sliced

2 Tbsp. Chopped Pecans

Basil leaves, sliced chiffonade for garnish

Honey, for drizzling
Directions

- Turn the broiler on low and prepare a baking sheet with foil.
- Layer the mozzarella and peach slices on each half of the bagel. Toast under the broiler for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted, and the edges of the bagel are crispy.
- Top each bagel half with chopped pecans and garnish with sliced basil, as desired.
- Drizzle with honey to finish.
