Toast with Seared Radish and Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1 Bunch Radishes, halved

1 Pint Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, halved

Salt and Pepper, to taste

3 Garlic Cloves, minced

2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
-
6 SlicesCanyon Bakehouse 7 Grain Bread, toasted

Fresh Herbs or microgreens, for garnish
Directions

- Place a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Place the radishes in the pan, cut side down. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Cook the radishes until they soften and begin to brown, 3-5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and garlic. Cook 2 minutes more and remove from the heat.
- Add the butter to the seared vegetables and toss to coat.
- Top each slice of toast with the seared vegetables.
- Garnish with fresh herbs or microgreens and serve immediately.
