¾ lb. Ground Turkey Breast

1 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce, plus more for cooking and serving

2 Scallions, sliced

¼ C.Gluten-free Breadcrumbs

6 Canyon Bakehouse Hawaiian Rolls, cut and toasted

2 Sliced Pineapple Rings

6 oz. Sliced Swiss Cheese

- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, teriyaki, scallions, and breadcrumbs.
- Form the turkey mixture into 6 small patties.
- Place a skillet or grill pan over medium-low heat with oil or cooking spray.
- Cook the patties for 3-4minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Immediately top with sliced Swiss cheese.
- Assemble the burgers and Swiss on the cut, toasted Hawaiian Rolls with a slice of pineapple and more teriyaki sauce, if desired.
