Directions

- Butter the outsides of each slice of bread and spread the insides with apricot jam.
- Assemble each sandwich with ham and cheese slices.
- Grill each sandwich in a skillet over medium heat until the cheese is melted, and the outsides are golden, 1-2 minutes on each side.
