6 oz. French Triple Cream Cheese

8 oz. sliced Coppa

4 Slices Canyon Bakehouse Country White Bread, toasted
Directions

- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté until softened, 3-4 minutes.
- Cover the pan and allow the onions to begin caramelizing, 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cranberry preserves to the pan and incorporate. Reduce heat and allow the mixture to thicken and reduce by ¼.
- Spread each slice of toast with cheese. Assemble the toast with cranberry sauce and coppa slices.
