Shamrock Toast

Go green with this festive toast, pairing our Ancient Grain Bread, and fresh and crispy veggies.


  • 2 Slices Canyon Bakehouse Ancient Grain Bread, toasted

  • ½ C. Arugula

  • 1 Green Heirloom Tomato, sliced thick

  • ½ Avocado

  • 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

  • Sea Salt

  • ¼ Cucumber, sliced

  • Microgreens

  • Sesame Seasoning Mix


  1. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the lemon juice. Set aside.
  2. Place arugula on each toast, then spread a dollop of mashed avocado mixture on top and sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. Add tomato and cucumber slices.
  4. Top with sesame seasoning mix and microgreens.
