Flaked smoked trout with capers and dill, paired with tart, earthy goat cheese on a toasted Deli White Bagel




  • 3 oz. Smoked Trout, flaked
  • 2 oz. Goat cheese
  • fresh dill
  • Capers
  • Soft Greens
  • Dressing (see below)
  • 1 Canyon Bakehouse Deli White Bagel, toasted


Lemon Vinaigrette

  • ½ tsp. Lemon Zest
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • Salt, to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil



  1. Whisk together the ingredients for the lemon vinaigrette.
  2. Place the greens in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss.
  3. Spread each toasted bagel half with goat cheese.
  4. Assemble the sandwich with flaked smoked trout, fresh dill, capers and dressed greens.
