The BIG Cheese Sandwich
- 4 Slices Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Honey White Bread
- 2 Tbsp. Sundried Tomato Tapenade
- 6 oz. Compt Cheese, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp. Butter
- Heat a griddle or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Butter the outsides of each piece of bread and place face-down in the skillet.
- Line the inside of the bottom pieces with sliced cheese.
- Flip the top pieces over onto the cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan and fIip to crisp the top. Repeat for the bottom.
