  • 4 Slices Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Honey White Bread
  • 2 Tbsp. Sundried Tomato Tapenade
  • 6 oz. Compt Cheese, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tsp. Butter


  1. Heat a griddle or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Butter the outsides of each piece of bread and place face-down in the skillet.
  3. Line the inside of the bottom pieces with sliced cheese.
  4. Flip the top pieces over onto the cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan and fIip to crisp the top. Repeat for the bottom.
