Air, Land, and Sea Sammies

Owl Sammies

INGREDIENTS

  • Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-free Bread Slices
  • Mozzerella slices
  • Sliced Cucumber, Radishes, tomatoes and olives; blueberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Top each slice of bread with mozzarella slices.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to create owl ears, eyes, wings, beaks and feet.

Koala Sammies

INGREDIENTS

  • Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-free Bread Slices
  • Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
  • Sliced Kalamata Olives, Cucumbers and Radishes; Peppercorns
  • Celery Stalks, with leaves

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread each slice with cream cheese and add toppings to create Koala ears, eyes, noses and mouths.
  2. Serve with celery stalks (bamboo) 

“Fish” Sammies

INGREDIENTS

  • Almond Butter
  • Sliced strawberries, figs and kiwi; blueberries, Bananas, dried cranberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread each slice with almond butter and add toppings to create Fish lips, eyes, tails and scales.
  2. Serve with banana slices (bubbles)
