Sriracha Chicken Sandwich


  • 2 slices of Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Style Gluten Free Bread
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Radish, sliced
  • Kimchi
  • Sprouts
  • Mint, chopped
  • Cooked chicken

For the Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon of tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger


  1. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the sauce and the put the cooked chicken pieces in the bowl and coat each side of the chicken.
  2. Assemble the sandwich with all the toppings and the Sriracha chicken. Enjoy!
