Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich


  • 3 pieces of Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Style Bread
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup of kale, chopped finely
  • Caesar dressing


  1. Toast bread
  2. In a medium bowl, mix chopped onion, cooked chicken, kale and Caesar dressing.
  3. Top mixture onto toasted bread and layer a second time to make it a double-decker sandwich!
