Cranberry Turkey Leftover Sandwich
- 4 slices Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White bread
- ½ pound leftover Thanksgiving turkey
- 1 cup of leftover cranberry sauce
- mayonnaise, lettuce and red onion
- To assemble the sandwiches, place two of the slices of bread on a sheet or cutting board and spread mayonnaise on each piece.
- Top with equal amounts of lettuce, turkey, cranberry sauce and red onion. Top with remaining slices of bread.
