Cranberry Turkey Leftover Sandwich

  • 4 slices Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White bread
  • ½ pound leftover Thanksgiving turkey
  • 1 cup of leftover cranberry sauce 
  • mayonnaise, lettuce and red onion 


  1. To assemble the sandwiches, place two of the slices of bread on a sheet or cutting board and spread mayonnaise on each piece.
  2. Top with equal amounts of lettuce, turkey, cranberry sauce and red onion. Top with remaining slices of bread.
