Hot Dog Buns

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 pound of deli cut roast beef
  • Canyon Bakehouse Hotdog Buns (can also be prepared on Canyon Bakehouse sandwich bread)
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • Fresh parsley for topping  
  • Au Jus, prepared according to the package

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place ¼ of the roast beef into each hotdog bun. Top with the provolone cheese and place in a toaster oven or in the oven on broil until cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from heat and top with fresh parsley.  Serve with Au Jus for dipping.
