French Dip Sandwiches
- 1 pound of deli cut roast beef
- Canyon Bakehouse Hotdog Buns (can also be prepared on Canyon Bakehouse sandwich bread)
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- Fresh parsley for topping
- Au Jus, prepared according to the package
- Place ¼ of the roast beef into each hotdog bun. Top with the provolone cheese and place in a toaster oven or in the oven on broil until cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and top with fresh parsley. Serve with Au Jus for dipping.
