ROSEMARY BUTTER WITH FIGS AND HONEY ON TOAST

Infused butter made with fresh rosemary on Cinnamon Raisin Bread with figs and honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Canyon Bakehouse Cinnamon Raisin Bread, toasted

  • 2 Tbsp. Rosemary Butter, softened (see below)

  • 3-4 Fresh Figs, quartered

  • 2 Tbsp. Honey

    ROSEMARY BUTTER
  • ½ C. Unsalted butter, softened

  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped

  • 1/8 tsp. Coarse Salt

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and incorporate with a hand mixer.
  2. Spoon the herbed lemon butter onto a sheet of parchment paper. Roll to form a small log and secure each end. Refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
  3. Spread each slice of toasted bread with Rosemary butter and assemble with quartered figs and a drizzle of honey.
