Pumpkin Spice Latte Cream Cheese Spread

This recipe marries two obsessions – the sweetly satisfying taste of a Pumpkin Spice Latte and gluten-free Bagels for an addictive cream cheese spread that might just be your new favorite.


  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

  • ½ C. Powdered Sugar

  • 3 Tbsp. Pumpkin Puree

  • 1 tsp. Espresso Powder

  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract


  1. Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
  2. Add espresso powder, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extra and mix until combined. Taste and add more espresso powder as desired.
  3. Fold in pumpkin puree.
