Ingredients

- 1 Pkg. Canyon Bakehouse Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (6 rolls)

- 1 Pound Ground beef (85% lean)

- 1/2 Onion, finely chopped

- 1/2 tsp. Salt

- 1/4 tsp. Black pepper

- 6 Slices Cheddar cheese

- 1/4 C. Ketchup

- 1/4 C. Mayonnaise

- 1 Tbsp. Yellow mustard

- 1 Tbsp. Dill pickle relish

- 1 Tbsp. Butter, melted

- 1/2 tsp. Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Directions

- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion, breaking it into crumbles, until browned and cooked through.
- Drain excess fat and season with salt and black pepper.
- Place the connected Canyon Bakehouse Hawaiian Sweet Rolls on a cutting board.
- Slice them in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
- Lay the bottom layer in a baking dish.
- Evenly spread the cooked ground beef and onions over the bottom layer of rolls.
- Lay the cheddar cheese slices over the beef mixture.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and dill relish.
- Spread this sauce over the top layer of the rolls.
- Place the top layer of the rolls over the assembled burgers.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and if desired, sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
- Remove the sliders from the oven, and let them cool slightly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
