Multi-Color Veggie Hummus

One basic hummus recipe combined with colorful veggies for 3 deliciously different bagel dips.

Ingredients

  • Canyon Bakehouse Bagels, toasted

    Avo-Herb Hummus
  • 1 Can Chickpeas with 2 Tbsp. Brine

  • 1 Large Avocado

  • 2 Tbsp. Tahini

  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice

  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper (optional)

  • Kosher Salt, to taste

  • ½ C. Fresh Cilantro Leaves

  • Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, for garnish

    Sriracha Carrot Hummus
  • 1 Can Chickpeas with 2 Tbsp. Brine

  • 2 Medium Carrots, peeled

  • 2 Tbsp. Tahini

  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • 1 Tbsp. Sriracha

  • Kosher Salt, to taste

  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish

    Ginger Beet Hummus
  • 1 Can Chickpeas with 2 Tbsp. Brine

  • 1 Medium Beet, baked

  • 2 Tbsp. Tahini

  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 1 tsp. Ground Ginger

  • Kosher Salt, to taste

  • Black Sesame Seeds, for garnish

Directions

  1. Except for garnishes, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Scoop the hummus into a small bowl. Garnish and serve with toasted bagels.
