Back to School Bento, Sammies 3 ways
- 3 Slices Crispy Bacon
- 1-2 Butter Lettuce Leaves
- 1 Small Heirloom Tomato, sliced and quartered
- 1 Gluten-free Burger Patty, quartered
- 1 Sprig Fresh Basil
- 1-2 Mozzarella Slices, quartered or cut into shapes
- 2 Tbsp. Pesto
- Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Breads: Mountain White, 7 Grain and Rye Style, cut into shapes
- Add all ingredients to bento box compartments.
- At lunchtime, create mini sammies in three or more combinations.
