Back to School Bento, Sammies 3 ways

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Slices Crispy Bacon
  • 1-2 Butter Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 Small Heirloom Tomato, sliced and quartered
  • 1 Gluten-free Burger Patty, quartered
  • 1 Sprig Fresh Basil
  • 1-2 Mozzarella Slices, quartered or cut into shapes
  • 2 Tbsp. Pesto
  • Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Breads: Mountain White, 7 Grain and Rye Style, cut into shapes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to bento box compartments.
  2. At lunchtime, create mini sammies in three or more combinations.
