- 6-8 oz. Smoked Salmon
- 2 Tbsp. Capers
- Fresh Dill
- Cream Cheese Spread w/shallots and dill (recipe follows)

Cream Cheese Spread w/shallots and dill
- 4 Ounces Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 Tbsp. Shallots, minced
- 1 Tsp. Fresh Dill, chopped
Blend ingredients together in a small bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to incorporate.
Roast Beef Bagel
- 6-8 0z. Deli Sliced Roast Beef
- 1 Spring Onion, sliced
- Fresh Chives
