Smoked Salmon Bagel

  • 6-8 oz. Smoked Salmon
  • 2 Tbsp. Capers
  • Fresh Dill
  • Cream Cheese Spread w/shallots and dill (recipe follows)
  • 4 Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-free Everything Bagels

Cream Cheese Spread w/shallots and dill

  • 4 Ounces Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 Tbsp. Shallots, minced
  • 1 Tsp. Fresh Dill, chopped

Blend ingredients together in a small bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to incorporate.

Roast Beef Bagel

  • 6-8 0z. Deli Sliced Roast Beef
  • 1 Spring Onion, sliced
  • Fresh Chives
  • Cream Cheese Spread w/spring onions and chives (recipe follows)
  • 4 Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-free Plain or Everything Bagels

Cream Cheese Spread W/Spring Onions and Chives

  • 4 Ounces Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 Tbsp. Spring Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tsp. Fresh Chives, chopped

Blend ingredients together in a small bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to incorporate.

Mediterranean Bagel

  • 4-6 Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh Basil
  • Cream Cheese Spread w/garlic and olives (recipe follows)
  • 4 Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-free Plain or Everything Bagels

Cream Cheese Spread w/Garlic and Olives

  • 4 Ounces Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 Tbsp. Greek Olives, chopped
  • ½ tsp. Minced Garlic

  • ¼ C. Fresh Blueberries
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Thyme, chopped
