Focaccia Bread Pizza
- 1 Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Rosemary and Thyme Focaccia Bread
- ¾ cup marinara sauce
- mozzarella cheese
- parmesan cheese
- Toppings: Pepperoni and basil
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice Focaccia bread open so that you have two pieces to use as your pizza. Top with the marinara, cheese, pepperoni and basil.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and your bread is slightly brown.
