Ingredients

1 (20oz) Can Jackfruit, drained

¼ C. Barbecue Sauce (see below)

Salt and Pepper, to taste

½ Avocado, mashed

1 C. Coleslaw mix

2 Canyon Bakehouse Burger Buns, toasted

1/3 C. Ketchup

¼ C. Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

1 tsp. Chili Powder

½ tsp. Smoked Paprika

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

- Shred the drained jackfruit with a fork.
- Place the jackfruit in a saucepan and season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spread each toasted bun with mashed avocado. Add the jackfruit mixture and top with coleslaw mix.
