  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Paprika

Directions

Barbecue Sauce

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat until the sauce reaches a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer (uncovered) for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce has slightly thickened.

Horseradish Cream Sauce

  1. For the horseradish cream, whisk together the sour cream, horseradish sauce and lemon juice.

Special Sauce

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the tangy sauce.

Burgers

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper.
  2. Form the meat mixture into 4 patties, slightly flattened.
  3. Place the patties on the grill. Cook until browned on both sides and tension can be felt in the center.
  4. Right off the grill, place a slice of cheese onto each patty if desired.
  5. Assemble each burger on a bun with a choice of sauce and toppings.
