2 oz. Horseradish Sauce

Horseradish Cream Sauce

½ C. Mayonnaise

1 tsp. White Vinegar

1 tsp. Hot Sauce (optional)

¼ tsp. Garlic Powder

¼ tsp. Onion Powder
-
¼ tsp. Paprika
Special Sauce
-
1 lb. Ground Beef
-
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
-
1 tsp. Onion Powder
-
1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions

Barbecue Sauce
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Cook over medium-high heat until the sauce reaches a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer (uncovered) for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce has slightly thickened.
Horseradish Cream Sauce
- For the horseradish cream, whisk together the sour cream, horseradish sauce and lemon juice.
Special Sauce
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the tangy sauce.
Burgers
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper.
- Form the meat mixture into 4 patties, slightly flattened.
- Place the patties on the grill. Cook until browned on both sides and tension can be felt in the center.
- Right off the grill, place a slice of cheese onto each patty if desired.
- Assemble each burger on a bun with a choice of sauce and toppings.
