Brownie Bites with Champagne Frosting

  • ½ C. Butter
  • ½ C. Shortening
  • 4 C. Powdered Sugar
  • ¼ C. Champagne
  • ¼ C. Organic Cane Sugar
  • 2 Packages Canyon Bakehouse Brownie Bites


  1. Using a hand mixer, beat the butter and shortening in a mixing bowl.
  2. Intermittently add the powdered sugar and the champagne to the butter mixture and beat until smooth.
  3. Pipe the frosting onto the brownie bites and sprinkle with cane sugar.
