Brownie Bites with Champagne Frosting
- ½ C. Butter
- ½ C. Shortening
- 4 C. Powdered Sugar
- ¼ C. Champagne
- ¼ C. Organic Cane Sugar
- 2 Packages Canyon Bakehouse Brownie Bites
- Using a hand mixer, beat the butter and shortening in a mixing bowl.
- Intermittently add the powdered sugar and the champagne to the butter mixture and beat until smooth.
- Pipe the frosting onto the brownie bites and sprinkle with cane sugar.
