INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Bananas, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tbsp. Shaved Coconut, plus more for garnish
  • 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 6 Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-free Brownie Bites
  • Gluten-free Pretzel Sticks, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all ingredients except Brownie Bites and pretzel sticks.
  2. Using a small cookie scoop, top the Brownie Bites with 2 Tbsp. of the banana mixture.
  3. Garnish with 1-2 pretzel sticks and shaved coconut to serve.
