Plain Bagels


  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ C. Confectioner’s Sugar
  • ½ C. Whipped Topping
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-free Plain Bagels
  • Mixed Berries, Bananas, Kiwis and Pineapple, sliced for garnish


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, whipped topping and vanilla extract. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Divide bagels in half and spread the mixture onto each piece. Top with fresh fruit to serve.
