Fruit Pizza Bagels
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 ½ C. Confectioner’s Sugar
- ½ C. Whipped Topping
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 4 Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-free Plain Bagels
- Mixed Berries, Bananas, Kiwis and Pineapple, sliced for garnish
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, whipped topping and vanilla extract. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- Divide bagels in half and spread the mixture onto each piece. Top with fresh fruit to serve.
