What the heck is fairy bread, you might ask? Well, it’s a popular treat for kids in Australia and New Zealand, dating back to the 1920s! Typically, fairy bread is made with white bread and spread with butter and covered in sprinkles. We took our own twist on this magical treat by substituting the butter for vanilla frosting and of course…we made it Gluten free!
- 2 pieces of Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Mountain White Bread
- Vanilla frosting
- Toast bread
- Spread toast with vanilla frosting after toast has cooled down
- Add your favorite sprinkles
- Cut off crusts
