Homemade Dairy-Free Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Canyon Bakehouse Brownie Bites, crumbled
  • Dairy-free whipped topping

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add chocolate chips to saucepan and heat on low until melted. Add Tbsp. of sugar.
  2. Slowly stir in coconut milk, continuously stirring until mixed thoroughly with chocolate. 
  3. Let cool for about 5 minutes (until safe to drink). 
  4. Pour into mugs and add dairy-free whipped topping. Sprinkle on brownie crumble.
