Homemade Dairy-Free Hot Chocolate
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Canyon Bakehouse Brownie Bites, crumbled
- Dairy-free whipped topping
- Add chocolate chips to saucepan and heat on low until melted. Add Tbsp. of sugar.
- Slowly stir in coconut milk, continuously stirring until mixed thoroughly with chocolate.
- Let cool for about 5 minutes (until safe to drink).
- Pour into mugs and add dairy-free whipped topping. Sprinkle on brownie crumble.
