Gluten-Free Brownie Bird Nests

1 package Canyon Bakehouse Brownie Bites (9 brownies)
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes, lightly toasted
½ cup gluten-free caramel sauce
Chocolate egg shaped candies
- In a small bowl, combine the toasted unsweetened coconut flakes and caramel until evenly mixed.
- Top each brownie bite with approximately 1 ½ Tablespoons of the caramel coconut mixture, leaving a small well towards the center of the brownie bite.
- Place 2-3 chocolate egg-shaped candies in the center of the caramel mixture on top of the brownie
- Allow the bites to set for 15 minutes before serving.
