Gluten-Free Brownie Bird Nests

INGREDIENTS

1 package Canyon Bakehouse Brownie Bites (9 brownies)

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes, lightly toasted

½ cup gluten-free caramel sauce

Chocolate egg shaped candies

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, combine the toasted unsweetened coconut flakes and caramel until evenly mixed.
  2. Top each brownie bite with approximately 1 ½ Tablespoons of the caramel coconut mixture, leaving a small well towards the center of the brownie bite.
  3. Place 2-3 chocolate egg-shaped candies in the center of the caramel mixture on top of the brownie
  4. Allow the bites to set for 15 minutes before serving.
