1 Lime, juiced and zested

6 Canyon Bakehouse Hawaiian Rolls

½ Lime, juiced

¼ Chipotle Chili Pepper

2 tsp. Adobo Sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

- Whisk the dipping sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Separately, combine the ground chicken, cilantro, seasonings, lime juice, and zest.
- Form the chicken mixture into6 small patties.
- Place a skillet or grill pan over medium heat with oil or cooking spray.
- Cook the patties for3-4minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Spread each toasted bun with chipotle dipping sauce and place the patties on top.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves.
