Chunky Apple Butter with Almonds and Dates
1 C. Raw Almond Butter
1 C. Chopped Dates, presoaked in water for 30 minutes
½ C. Apple Juice
1 C. Diced Apples
1 C. Chopped Almonds
1 Loaf Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White Bread
- Place the almond butter, chopped dates and apple juice in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples and chopped almonds. Add the blended mixture and stir to incorporate.
- Use the coarse mixture as a spread for toast or sandwiches.
