Mayonnaise

1 lb. lean Ground Turkey

Salt and Pepper, to taste

1 tsp. Dried Parsley

½ tsp. Oregano

1 Egg, whisked

2 Tbsp. Butter

3 oz. Sharp Cheddar
Burgers

Sliced Avocado

4-6 Slices Cooked Turkey Bacon

Sliced Red Onion
-
Sliced Tomato

Directions

- Place the ground turkey in a large bowl. Season it with salt, pepper and herbs. Mix thoroughly.
- Divide the turkey into 4-6 servings and mold into ½-inch patties.
- Place a tsp. of butter and ½ oz. cheddar in the center of each patty. Mold the ground turkey around the inclusions and pat down again.
- Cook the patties in a skillet or on a grill until browned on both sides and firmed in the centers.
- Spread the buns with mayonnaise. Assemble each burger with avocado, bacon and more toppings as desired.
