3 Bagels, 3 Ways

We topped 3 of our awesome gluten-free bagels in 3 styles: Mediterranean, Thai and just like Mom makes.

 

INGREDIENTS

Everything Bagel

  • 2 Tbsp. Herbed Cream Cheese
  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper, sliced
  • 2-3 Artichoke Hearts, quartered
  • 2-3 Mediterranean Olives, halved
  • ¼ Red Onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian Dressing

Plain Bagel

  • 2 Tbsp. Plain Cream Cheese
  • 2 oz. Spicy Tofu
  • 2 Tbsp. Shredded Carrots
  • ¼ Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Peanut Sauce

Cinnamon Raisin Bagel

  • 2 Tbsp. Plain Cream Cheese
  • ½ Banana, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • Ground Cinnamon, for garnish

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast bagels and spread each half with cream cheese.
  2. Add toppings and garnishes as desired.
