Prosciutto Avocado Toast
- 2 Slices Canyon Bakehouse 7-Grain Bread, toasted
- ½ Large Avocado, mashed
- 2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¼ C. Frozen Lima Beans, thawed
- 2 Strips Crispy Bacon
- 2 Slices Prosciutto
- Sea Salt, to taste
- Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocado and lemon juice.
- Divide and spread the avocado mixture onto the two slices of toast.
- Sprinkle with lima beans, bacon, salt and red pepper flakes, to taste. Top with prosciutto to serve.
