Prosciutto Avocado Toast



  • 2 Slices Canyon Bakehouse 7-Grain Bread, toasted
  • ½ Large Avocado, mashed
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¼ C. Frozen Lima Beans, thawed
  • 2 Strips Crispy Bacon
  • 2 Slices Prosciutto
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes, to taste


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocado and lemon juice.
  2. Divide and spread the avocado mixture onto the two slices of toast.
  3. Sprinkle with lima beans, bacon, salt and red pepper flakes, to taste. Top with prosciutto to serve.
