INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Canyon Bakehouse Plain Bagels
  • 2 Cups Roast Turkey
  • 1 Green Apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz. Sliced Gruyere
  • ¼ C. Fig Jam
  • ½ C. Arugula

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread the bottom halves of each bagel with fig jam.
  2. Layer the remaining ingredients as desired.
