Cinnamon Roll Bagels With Cream Cheese Frosting and Nut Crumble

INGREDIENTS

Bagels:

  • 4 Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-free Cinnamon Raisin Bagels

Topping

  • 1/3 C. Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. melted butter
  • ¾ C. Pecans, chopped

Frosting

  • 2 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 C. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Milk
  • 1/8 tsp. Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Arrange bagel halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Using a fork, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon and butter; add the pecans.
  3. Top each bagel half with the brown sugar mixture and place under a broiler for 3-5 minutes until slightly bubbly.
  4. Combine all frosting ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and blend with a hand mixer.
  5. Drizzle bagel halves with frosting just before serving.
