Grilled Blueberry Gouda Bagel Panini

INGREDIENTS

  • Canyon Bakehouse Blueberry Gluten Free Bagels
  • 8 Slices Gouda Cheese
  • 1 C. Fresh Blueberries

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Split 4 bagels into 8 halves. Layer each half with one slice of gouda.
  2. Layer ¼ C. of fresh blueberries onto each bottom half.
  3. Fold the tops over the bottoms and grill on a sandwich press for 4-5 minutes.
