Cinnamon Raisin Bagel French Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • Canyon Bakehouse Cinnamon Raisin Gluten Free Bagels
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup coconut milk
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla flavor
  • Chocolate Sauce, Powdered Sugar and Fresh Fruit, for topping

 DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the three eggs, coconut milk and vanilla flavor. Slice the bagels in half, then heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
  2. Submerging fully, soak the bagel halves in the egg mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a frying pan with coconut oil and fry the French toast one at a time until golden brown on each side. Plate and top with chocolate sauce, powdered sugar and fresh cut fruit as desired.
