Cinnamon Raisin Bagel French Toast
- Canyon Bakehouse Cinnamon Raisin Gluten Free Bagels
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup coconut milk
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla flavor
- Chocolate Sauce, Powdered Sugar and Fresh Fruit, for topping
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the three eggs, coconut milk and vanilla flavor. Slice the bagels in half, then heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
- Submerging fully, soak the bagel halves in the egg mixture for 10 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan with coconut oil and fry the French toast one at a time until golden brown on each side. Plate and top with chocolate sauce, powdered sugar and fresh cut fruit as desired.
