Mediterranean Breakfast Bagel Sandwich
- 1 Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Everything Bagel
- Pesto to spread on both halves of the bagel
- Sundried tomatoes
- Feta cheese
- 1 egg, fried
- Toast the bagel.
- Fry the egg on medium heat in a pan with some cooking oil until the whites are completely cooked and the yoke is cooked to your liking.
- Spread both halves of the bagel with pesto
- Layer one side with sundried tomatoes, the fried egg, feta cheese and basil.
- Place the second half onto the bagel and enjoy immediately!
