Brie and Turkey Bagel Sandwich
- 1 canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Everything Bagel
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- butter for scrambling
- Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey
- Leftover Cranberry sauce
- Brie Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. You will use the oven to melt the cheese on your bagel. Toast your bagel in the toaster and when it’s done, place your slices of Brie cheese on one slice. Melt the cheese in the oven. This won’t take very long, so watch carefully.
- Remove from the oven and scramble your eggs in butter. Assemble your bagel sandwich with your eggs, turkey, cranberry sauce and arugula and enjoy immediately!
