French Toast Sticks
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Vanilla extract
- Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Style Honey White
- Whisk the three eggs, coconut milk and vanilla flavor into a deep set bowl.
- Cut the bread into small sticks and set into the liquid mixture. Let soak for 3 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan with coconut oil and fry the French toast sticks until golden brown on each side. Top with your favorite toppings!
