Strawberry Banana Almond Butter PB&J
- Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White Gluten Free Bread
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 Sliced banana
- 5 Sliced strawberries
- Almond butter
- Sprig of mint
- 1 Tablespoon of honey
- Place two pieces of Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White Gluten Free Bread in the toaster.
- While bread is toasting, heat the tablespoon of coconut oil in a frying pan. Place sliced banana in the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown. Set banana aside.
- Spread your desired amount of almond butter on the toasted bread. Add the banana slices, strawberries, mint and honey.
