Strawberry Banana Almond Butter PB&J

INGREDIENTS

  • Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White Gluten Free Bread
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 Sliced banana
  • 5 Sliced strawberries
  • Almond butter
  • Sprig of mint
  • 1 Tablespoon of honey

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place two pieces of Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White Gluten Free Bread in the toaster.
  2. While bread is toasting, heat the tablespoon of coconut oil in a frying pan. Place sliced banana in the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown. Set banana aside.
  3. Spread your desired amount of almond butter on the toasted bread. Add the banana slices, strawberries, mint and honey.
