BAGELS WITH ROASTED GARLIC AND HERB CREAM CHEESE
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 Garlic Clove, quartered
½ tsp. Kosher Salt
1/4 C. Chopped Fresh Herbs, such as parsley or chives, plus more for garnish
Poppy Seeds, for garnish
2-3 Canyon Bakehouse Deli White Bagels, toasted
- Combine the cream cheese, garlic, salt and herbs in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
- Spread each bagel with a heaping spoonful of herbed cream cheese and place the tops. Garnish the tops with poppy seeds and chopped chives.
