Avocado Toast with Grilled Corn and Cherry Tomatoes
2 Slices Canyon Bakehouse 7-Grain Bread, toasted
½ Large Avocado, smashed
2 Lime Wedges
¼ C. Halved Cherry Tomatoes
1 Ear Grilled, Buttered Corn
Smoked Paprika, to taste
Kosher Salt, to taste
Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
- Spread each slice of toast with smashed avocado and squeeze with a lime wedge.
- Dust the buttered corn with smoked paprika before slicing from the cob.
- Top the avocado toast with cut corn and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Season with more salt and red pepper flakes, as desired.
