APPLE AND RICOTTA TOASTS WITH HONEY, HAZELNUT & THYME

Smooth, mild ricotta cheese topped with seasonal fruit, crushed hazelnuts, fresh thyme and a honey drizzle on toasted 7-Grain.

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Canyon Bakehouse 7 Grain Bread, toasted

  • ¼ C. Ricotta

  • ¼ Apple, thinly sliced

  • 2 Tbsp. Honey

  • 2 Tbsp. Toasted Hazelnuts, crushed

  • Fresh Thyme, for garnish

Directions

  1. Spread the toasts with ricotta and assemble them with apple slices, honey and crushed hazelnuts.
  2. Garnish with fresh thyme to serve.
