DIY Charcuterie Board

We loved calling upon inspiration from the season to create this beautiful spring charcuterie board, filled with color and lots of flavor! Here is what you’ll need:

  • Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free bread, toasted and cut into triangles
  • Lots of fruit (we used raspberries, clementine’s, kiwi and strawberries)
  • Dates
  • Your favorite cheese assortment (we used soft goat cheese, parmesan, brie and smoked cheddar)
  • Your favorite meat assortment (we used pepperoni, salami and Prosciutto)
